Haggadot

The Haggadah (or Haggadot, plural) is the book used at Passover and outlines instructions for the order of the seder. It commemorates the Exodus and includes prayers, blessings, and songs. Haggadot typically include the 10 plagues, the Four Questions, and encourage participants to reflect on larger themes of persecution and freedom.

Every year, The Weitzman hosts a Freedom Seder, Inspired by the original 1969 Freedom Seder, where hundreds of people of all backgrounds gathered to explore and celebrate freedom in the context of the Civil Rights Movement. This communal event invites you to the Passover table for an evening of commemoration, stories, and a community exploration of freedom in America today.
