Patty Shaivitz Leve is a calligrapher that has been designing and writing ketubot, Jewish marriage contracts, and other original calligraphic pieces, for over thirty five years. She graduated from Cooper Union with a BFA, studying graphic design and calligraphy. She brings together her love of old manuscripts and her love of Judaism in her artistic pieces. Her studio is in Baltimore.
