What We Tend
A garden does not happen by accident. Someone plants. Someone waters. Someone watches for the first green shoot and celebrates when it breaks through. The garden we keep is the garden that grows – because we kept it.
This mezuzah tells that story from bottom to top: a pot at the base, growth climbing upward, a dove come to visit what we’ve made, and at the crown, a bloom in full color. The reward for tending.
The Artistry
The design grows upward like the garden it depicts. At the base, a golden pot with diamond pattern and copper accents. From it rise leaves and tendrils in turquoise, green, and purple, edged with tiny beads. A dove in deep blue with pearl details perches among the growth. Smaller leaves and crystal-tipped branches sprout outward. At the crown, a large flower blooms in rainbow colors – orange, pink, green, turquoise – with the Shin at its center.
