This box of 12 notecards for Rosh Hashanah features the artwork Sweet Year, 1997, by Mordechai Rosenstein, an American artist whose focus was in Jewish art and calligraphy. His work is in the collection of the Vatican as well as the collection of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. For forty plus years, Rosenstein not only created original works of art, but also traveled across the country to synagogues where he also taught congregants and children painting and inspired lessons about the mystical Hebrew alphabet and Jewish calligraphy.
