Gourmet Marzipan Rosh Hashanah Sprinkle Honey Bears
Honey is the metaphor for a sweet year, and we were inspired by honey jars in our local farmer's market to create these bear honey jar marzipan tiles.
We cut the jars out in assorted shades of gold, add the "lids" and faces, and then sprinkle them with sparkly gold sugar. A unique treat for Rosh Hashanah holiday dinner that combines sweetness, texture and crunch!
Crafted by hand from our delicious marzipan, which uses premium California almonds and has a luscious almond flavor.
