The Artistry
The Shin at the crown rises like a sail above the ark. Below it, the animals parade: a lion with a golden-orange mane dotted with beads, a pink and gold butterfly with spiral wings, a giraffe in warm sunset colors with golden spots, and a whale in sparkling blue with a large cabochon eye. Each creature is its own small painting, framed in silver, marching down the doorpost.
